About Me

​​I have over 20 years of experience as a certified instructor in various body-movement fields.
I started teaching dance at 19, and at 23 began teaching Pilates, quickly falling in love with the Reformer. Over the years I’ve completed many courses and workshops in movement and Pilates, including rehabilitative Pilates, Ashtanga Yoga, and have led workshops for other instructors.

I’m also certified in nutrition and various mind-body therapy methods, and have developed the "Concious Creator Approach" for self healing and creating reality.

I am experienced in working with a variety of populations, ages and conditions such as posture problems, herniated discs, injuries, various ilnesses, rehabilitation from surgery, pregnancy, seniors, teenagers, athletes, etc...

I love to combine everything I have learned over the years into a complete holistic session tailored for the individual.

My studio offers private Reformer sessions, mat Yogalates classes (a combination of Yoga and Pilates), workshops, meditation sessions and holistic therepy.

Which class is right for you?

Reformer

Reformer workout is a wonderful way to achieve and maintain healthy body movement.
The sessions focus on strengthening the body and improving range of motion while adapting the workout to your own personal condition.
The Reformer offers a wide range of difficulty levels and a variety of exercises so people of all conditions, ages and levels will gain from it.
The Reformer is especially effective for people who need various types of physical rehabilitation.
If you are dealing with conditions such as back pain, posture problems, injuries, post-surgery, and more - then a Reformer session is probably the best option for you.

Mat Yogalates

Yogalates is a workout that combines Pilates and Yoga, so you benefit from both worlds!
It helps you to achieve and maintain healthy movement, body strength and flexibility.
In Yogalates class we often use props such as a ball, exercise band, a roller or weights, combining a short meditation and breath practice.
Yogalates training is adaptable to all levels of proficiency.
The class level is tailored to accomodate the majority of participants, with subtle modifications available to ensure an optimal experience for each individual. If you like a fun, varied, and grounded workout - this class could be right for you.

Pranayama Flow

Pranayama is a breathing practice from the Yogic tradition.
A Pranayama Flow class involves repeated sets of slow, gentle movement, with a special emphasis on breathing throughout the session.
By focusing on slow movements synchronized with breathing, we achieve deep relaxation of our whole body and mind system.
This class begins and ends with a short guided meditation and may include specific breathing exercises integrated into the movement sets.
This class is especially recommended for those who feel the need to take a break from everyday life, ground themselves and reconnect with body and soul through body movement and breathing.

Meditation & Pranayama

A meditation and Pranayama class is performed sitting down and combines breathing exercises and guided meditation.
In this class we train the muscles of our mind while using various breathing techniques as an aid.
If you are looking for ways to bring more relaxation into your daily life, connect with your inner-self and learn to draw strength, healing and information from it - this class might be a good option for you.

Cancellation Policy

All sessions and classes are subject to a 24-hour cancellation/change policy.
Late cancelations are subject to full charge.
